Lisa Edelstein has been an American actress for a total of 20 years. She is most well-known for her role as a character in House on Fox. When she turned 18, Lisa moved from Wayne to New York City from Wayne where she was raised according to strict Jewish traditions. She was very active in the nightlife scene in New York City and did enough that she was noticed by the media. In the meantime she began to become aware of AIDS and its devastating impacts. She eventually used her experience and fame to compose and write an musical entitled Positive Me in which she starred. In the following year she was recruited by MTV to be the host of Awake on the Wild Side. After the show was finished the actress went on to work in movies and TV productions. Her first job was in small parts and established herself in the process of becoming an actress.
